• prevent underage gambling;
• identify and respond to signs of gambling harm;
• provide access to responsible gambling information and support services;
• facilitate voluntary self-exclusion requests; and
• intervene where patron behaviour presents a risk to themselves, other patrons, staff, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

PlayLive staff may approach patrons displaying concerning gambling behaviour and may take reasonable steps to limit or discontinue gaming activity where necessary. Intoxicated persons or patrons exhibiting harmful gambling behaviour may be refused further participation in accordance with Victorian regulatory obligations.
